The Role

As a Social Media & Content Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and growing a specialist desk focused on recruiting professionals across:

• Social Media Management
• Content Marketing
• Content Creation
• Influencer Marketing
• Community Management
• Creator Partnerships
• Copywriting
• Digital Content Strategy
• Creative and Editorial Roles

You'll work closely with clients and candidates, providing market expertise and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while building a strong network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to placement.
• Building long-term relationships with leading brands, agencies and digital businesses.
• Identifying, engaging and attracting high-calibre social media and content talent.
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
• Becoming a trusted advisor on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies.
• Building your personal brand through networking, market insights and content creation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across specialist markets to maximise opportunities.
• Attending social media and Networking events.

About You

• Passionate about social media, content and digital marketing.
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• 2 years recruitment experience and either a massive interest in this area or ideally exposure to filling similar roles.
• Naturally curious about industry trends and emerging platforms.
