Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Assistant to join our ever-expanding team.

As a key member of the company, our Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and promoting our services to existing and potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING ASSISTANT

• The Marketing Assistant will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CC Cousins services and enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging content, develop content and post across multiple platforms, including websites and social media accounts, blogs and emails.
• Schedule social media posts across all channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Management of social media replies and activity.
• Support events, marketing and logistics, including trade shows.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
• Assist with print design, including magazine advertisements, roller banners, flyers etc.
• Produce professional media for clients and tenders.
• Photography and videography.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• A creative approach to content creation.
• Proven experience within a similar marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with all social media platforms, marketing tools and Microsoft.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality posts.
• Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with the team.
