Social Value Coordinator

An experienced Social Value Coordinator is required for a new permanent role on a high-value construction project in Teesside, with approximately two years remaining.

A major construction project with a strong focus on economic regeneration, social value and local community engagement, including employment, apprenticeships and opportunities for local suppliers.

The Social Value Coordinator will lead the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the project's Economic Regeneration and Social Value (ERSV) commitments. Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating social value initiatives and maintaining accurate records
• Managing relationships with the Client, local authorities, education providers and community organisations
• Supporting local employment, apprenticeships and SME engagement
• Organising Meet the Buyer events, educational visits and community initiatives
• Tracking KPIs, supplier spend and social value achievements
• Producing monthly reports and maintaining dashboards
• Supporting workforce engagement and industrial relations activities

• Experience in Social Value, CSR, ESG, Community Engagement or Stakeholder Management
• Strong administration, reporting and relationship-building skills
• Experience producing reports and KPI dashboards
• Strong Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365 skills
• Experience within construction, infrastructure or energy
• Understanding of employment, apprenticeship or public sector procurement programmes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Full UK driving licence
