• Design, develop, and optimise Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll solutions, including Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and integrations via OIC, to support large‑scale, mission‑critical change programmes.
• Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics using OTBI/BI and SQL/PLSQL, enabling informed decision‑making and improved payroll operations across corporate/shared services.
• Collaborate within a modern software engineering and DevOps framework, ensuring solutions meet stringent information security protocols, align with user needs, and contribute directly to the organisation's wider transformation agenda.

• Active SC is an advantage and experience working within secure, demanding environments, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills on nationally significant programmes.
