Solar Roofer - CIS (Outside IR35)

Cumbria | £18 - £20 per hour + £100 installation bonuses

Are you a roofer with solar installation experience looking for long-term, consistent contract work where you can increase your earnings through additional installation bonuses?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solar roofer to join a growing UK-wide installer on long-term contract work, with genuine scope to boost your weekly take-home the harder you go.

The company is a solar business operating across the UK. Having recently won an installation contract with one of the Big Six energy suppliers, they are now building multiple location-based teams to deliver long-term, ongoing work.

In this role you will be installing domestic solar panels as part of a two-person team alongside an Electrician. You will be targeted at one installation per day, with a £100 bonus paid on every additional install completed.

The ideal candidate will be a confident roofer with previous solar installation experience, holding a valid CSCS card. You will be comfortable working at height and happy working closely within a small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure steady, long-term contract work with a company scaling up on the back of a major national contract, where your earnings are firmly in your own hands.

The Role

* Installation of domestic solar panels
* Working in a team of 2 - 1 Electrician and 1 Roofer
* Targeted at 1 install per day, with £100 bonus per additional install
* Long-term, ongoing contract work - CIS, Outside IR35

* Confident roofer with solar installation experience

* Living in or able to commute within Cumbria
