Soldering Technician

Our client is seeking a Soldering Technician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aiding in the PCB assemblies for a multitude of customers for a highly reputable Electronics Manufacturer.
Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and a 3:30pm finish on a Friday
Temporary to Permanent

The role of the Soldering Technician:
- Build products to customer drawings
- Thru hole soldering wire harnesses onto PCB’s
- Follow assembly instructions to assemble final PCB’s
- Maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Work well in a team environment to achieve production goals
- Tinning
- Packing of products for Despatch
- Basic Electronics Testing
- Report any defects to Production Supervisor
Experience of the Soldering Technician:
- Previous soldering experience
- Ability to handle small tools and soldering equipment
- Able to read Electrical drawings (desirable)
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
