Located on the outskirts of Leicester, they are committed to providing comprehensive and personalised legal services to their clients. They are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law solicitor to join their small but dynamic team.  

THE ROLE:

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be:

• Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including, divorce, child custody, financial settlements, domestic violence and adoption.
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex family las issues.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, petitions, anc court filings.
• Representing your client in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in family law legislation and precedents.

ABOUT YOU:

For this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with no less then 5 years experience of working within Family Law. You will have a strong knowledge of family law principles, legislation and procedures, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills. Finally, it is imperative that you have the ability to empathise with clients and provide compassionate support during difficult times.

THE BENEFITS:

£40-50K Dependent on experience, Hybrid working option.
