Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're working exclusively with an established, purpose-led organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a large Dynamics environment, working on high-profile digital transformation projects that have real business impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Design scalable, secure and user-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Lead solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules.

• Drive Power Platform adoption, including Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Design API-led integrations using Azure technologies.

• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM solutions.

• Champion architecture best practice, governance and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse.

• Experience designing Azure integration solutions (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs).

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and Dynamics ALM.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
