Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £14.11 per hour (Nights)

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Soup Fillers to join a leading soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced food production environment. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous factory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling soup products in line with production requirements
• Monitoring filling equipment and reporting any issues
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to work rotating shifts
