We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen within a high-end coastal hotel and spa in Falmouth on a temporary basis.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Lead service and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
  • Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Supervise and support junior team members


Requirements

  • Previous experience at Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends


What's on Offer

  • £16.50 per hour
  • Weekly pay
