Sous Chef

Salary: £34,000-£37,000

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help deliver an exceptional food and hospitality experience within a prestigious global corporate headquarters in Slough.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll support a varied restaurant offer and high-end hospitality, including executive dining, plated dinners, evening events and client hospitality.

Daily footfall will range between 100-260 covers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys fresh food, values attention to detail and takes pride in consistently high standards. With a wide range of meetings and events taking place, the catering team will offer a wide range of dishes, presentations and service styles.

What you'll do:

• Support the daily running of the kitchen.
• Deliver premium hospitality events.
• Help produce an exciting, restaurant-quality food offer.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
• Support stock control, ordering and food safety.
• Coach junior members of the team.
