The Role as a Sous Chef 

Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll help deliver fresh, high-quality food from scratch across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.

You’ll also supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required.

About the Sous Chef 

• Experienced Sous Chef or senior Chef
• Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred
• Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills
• Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team
• Good understanding of stock control and food costs
• Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example
• Own transport essential
