• Salary: £32,000 per year
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while helping to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll assist with food preparation, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Passion for producing high-quality, fresh food.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
