Sous chef required in North Norfolk for a fresh food gastro pub style operation, this is fresh food, busy operation, of a 1 rosette level. 4 DAY WEEK They offer live in, sous chef upto £38k basic + 3-4k tips/service. This is a fantastic part of Norfolk, it is not remote, so ideal to live in and work, with the coast/beach in walking distance. 

The role

As a sous chef you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen, working under the head chef. you will ensure everything runs smoothly, hands on run a section and when head chef not around, run the pass as well. This role will include all the standard sous chef duties. 

Experience

We are looking for a sous chef with fresh food background, good kife skills, passion for produce and able to work in a busy operation.
