The Role

Join our kitchen as an energetic Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and loves working with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. It's a hands-on role at the heart of a busy, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and take ownership of different sections during service.
  • Work closely and collaboratively as part of the kitchen team.
  • Follow the Head Chef's direction and contribute to ongoing food development.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Hands-on experience with Italian cuisine and a solid understanding of Modern European food.
  • Food handling training and the relevant certificates.
  • Strong organisation skills to keep your section running smoothly during service.
  • Fluent English, with fluency in Italian a distinct advantage for working with our team and menu.
  • A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
  • Weekend availability.
