The Role
You'll work closely with the Head Chef to keep service running smoothly in a busy, fresh-food kitchen. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the team during service
- Supporting seasonal menu development
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Maintaining high standards of consistency, quality, and presentation
