Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen while supporting the wider team.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Help develop and evolve the menu
- Produce consistently high-quality fine-dining dishes
- Maintain excellent standards across food preparation and service
- Work 48 hours per week across a mixture of split and straight shifts
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food and a strong background in fine dining.
- Previous experience working in a fine-dining kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team
- A genuine passion for high-quality food
- Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, and Weymouth
