Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a lovely pub in Bransgore, known for its traditional pub food, well-loved menu and busy atmosphere.

Hourly pay to be discussed based on experience.

As Sous Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef and make sure every service runs efficiently.

• Support and lead the kitchen team during busy services

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard

• Help organise preparation and service

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

• Step up and take responsibility when required

We're looking for a confident and hands-on Sous Chef who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a busy kitchen.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef

• Confident leading a kitchen team

• Strong cooking and organisational skills

• Reliable, hardworking and hands-on

• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Passion for quality, traditional pub food
