About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while helping to lead the team, deliver busy services and manage stock.

We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef with experience in a quality pub, restaurant or fresh-food kitchen. You'll be hands-on, organised and confident leading by example, with a genuine passion for great food.
