Our client operates an exclusive private residence in Scotland, offering a luxurious setting for UHNWIs seeking privacy, comfort and exceptional service.

The kitchen plays a central role in the guest experience, delivering bespoke menus and outstanding food tailored to individual preferences and occasions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef who takes pride in the finer details of cooking and understands the discretion, flexibility and professionalism required in a private household environment.

As Sous Chef, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen, working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional food across private dining, entertaining and special occasions. You will help develop menus, oversee food preparation and presentation, maintain impeccable kitchen standards and ensure every dining experience is delivered to the highest level.

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels or private households. You will have a genuine passion for quality ingredients, strong technical ability and the confidence to adapt your cooking to the needs and preferences of a discerning clientele.

Previous private household experience would be advantageous, alongside the discretion, flexibility and attention to detail essential to this environment.
