Step into a pivotal role within a fast-growing fashion and fashion accessories brand renowned for its modern aesthetic, elevated product ranges and ambitious store expansion plans. As Space Planner, you’ll shape how customers experience the brand in-store—creating layouts that feel intuitive, premium and commercially powerful, with a strong focus on product optimisation.

This position sits within the senior management team, offering genuine influence over store format evolution, product flow and strategic space optimisation across apparel, jewellery, bags and seasonal accessories.

The Role

• Lead the creation and delivery of premium planograms across fashion and accessories
• Use sales, stock and margin insight to drive product optimisation and commercial impact
• Develop refined fixture plans, capacity models and store layout guides
• Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, VM and Store Operations to ensure a cohesive brand experience
• Shape seasonal updates, new store openings and concept enhancements
• Safeguard consistency and excellence across apparel, jewellery, bags, gifting and small accessories
• Champion continuous improvement through insight, innovation and premium retail standards

About You

• Strong experience in Space Planning, Planograms, Store Layout or Retail CAD
• Highly analytical, confident working with data to inform decisions
• Commercially astute with a refined eye for detail and presentation
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams
• Highly organised and comfortable managing complex SKU volumes
• Passionate about fashion, accessories and creating elevated customer journeys
