Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Tiverton
Salary: £92.63-£100 per day
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within the classroom.
• Assist the teacher in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Help promote academic and social development, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
• Build positive relationships with students, nurturing their confidence and independence.
• Offer support with any additional personal or medical care requirements.

Requirements:

• A caring, patient, and supportive attitude toward working with children.
• Previous experience with SEN students is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students.
