What We Offer
💷 Salary: £23,247 – £23,734 per year (Full time equivalent £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year)
🕰️ Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover for One Year
Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (36+4 weeks per year)

What You’ll Do
• Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
• You will provide tailored support through 1:1, small group and in-class interventions, supporting learners with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties
• Manage a caseload of learners, supporting attendance, study skills, English and Maths, engagement and achievement
• Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support positive learner progression
• Assist students in developing independence, confidence, and essential life skills
• Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning requirements
• Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure student success
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
What You’ll Bring
• Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (education, care, youth work, SEN support, or similar)
• Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• A patient, empathetic, and student-centred approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to motivate and engage learners with diverse needs
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
