Excellent opportunity for a Specification Manager or Project Manager from the aluminium systems or façade industry to join a global market leader, offering the autonomy to develop a key region whilst working on some of the UK's most prestigious construction projects.

Are you a Specification Manager or Project Manager with experience in aluminium façade or glazing systems? Do you enjoy building relationships with architects, consultants and developers? This internationally recognised manufacturer is a market leader in the design and supply of innovative aluminium systems. With an established reputation across global engineering and construction markets and continued investment in the UK, they are looking to strengthen their specification team through the appointment of a Specification Manager for London and the South East.

In this role, you will work with architects, façade consultants, developers and key project stakeholders to secure product specifications at the earliest stages of project design. Managing your own territory, you will identify opportunities, develop long-term relationships and ensure the company's systems become the preferred specification across major commercial and residential developments.

The Role:

• Driving product specifications across London and the South East
• Developing relationships with architects, façade consultants and developers
• Securing specifications during early-stage project design
• Managing a portfolio of major construction projects
• Working closely with technical, estimating and commercial teams

The Person:

• Specification Manager, Project Manager or Technical Sales professional
• Experience within aluminium systems, façades, curtain walling or architectural glazing
• Strong understanding of the construction specification process
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially aware with strong business development abilities
• Engineering degree or similar qualification advantageous
