Specifications Manager

Must haves

• Experience specifying products within construction, landscaping, or a related industry 
• Confident delivering CPDs and technical presentations 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders 
• Ability to manage your own diary and work autonomously 
• Highly organised with strong time management skills 
• Comfortable presenting to different levels of stakeholders 
• Full UK driving licence 

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of green roofs, blue roofs, or sustainable building systems 
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity 
• Strong technical understanding with confidence handling objections 
• Degree or relevant qualification in a related field 

So, what will you be doing?

• Developing high-quality technical specifications across multiple product areas 
• Building strong relationships within the design community, including architects and consultants 
• Managing and progressing project opportunities through the specification pipeline 
• Promoting sustainable solutions across green roofs, living walls, and related systems 
• Delivering CPDs and technical presentations to support product awareness 
• Collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to drive project delivery 
• Tracking and reporting on specification activity, pipeline growth, and project updates 
• Ensuring health and safety compliance across relevant project activity 
• Supporting continuous improvement and business strategy initiatives
