Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist looking to support children with Autism and complex communication needs?

A specialist school in East Berkshire is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join its team from September 2026. You will be working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions, supporting communication, interaction, and independence through targeted interventions.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver individual and group therapy, support classroom staff, and help embed communication strategies across the school. You will also contribute to EHCP targets and wider pupil development.

Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• Experience with Autism and/or complex communication needs
• Strong understanding of speech and language development
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
