Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our children and young people’s ADHD assessment service in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist insight into children’s and young people’s communication needs and contribute to comprehensive, child-centred assessments. You will collaborate with other clinicians to help develop a clear understanding of each young person’s individual presentation.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Assess speech, language, communication and interaction needs
• Contribute specialist observations to ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessments
• Gather relevant information from children, families, schools and other professionals
• Help identify communication needs and possible co-occurring conditions
• Contribute to multidisciplinary formulation and diagnostic discussions
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to families and other professionals
