Location: Bacchus Marsh, Victoria (Clinic & Community-Based Roles Available)

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, therapist-owned multidisciplinary NDIS provider in Victoria. Whether you're an experienced Speech Pathologist, a new graduate in Australia, or an overseas-qualified Speech Pathologist seeking employer-sponsored relocation, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for people living with disability.

You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants with communication, language, speech, social communication and swallowing needs while enjoying excellent clinical support and genuine career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for communication and dysphagia
  • Support NDIS participants in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Recommend AAC and assistive technology where appropriate
  • Prepare clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Educate clients and caregivers with practical therapy strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current or pending Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
  • New graduates in Australia are encouraged to apply
  • Overseas-qualified Speech Pathologists should have at least 3–4 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Passion for improving the quality of life of people living with disability
  • Full Australian working rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
