Long-Term | Full-Time | Alternative Provision | Potential Permanent Opportunity
Simply Education is recruiting for a specialist Alternative Provision setting in Hartford, looking for an enthusiastic Sports Coach to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils from Key Stage 2 through to Key Stage 4.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sports Coach who wants to take their passion beyond the sports field and use it to build confidence, develop positive relationships and help young people re-engage with education.
About the School
The school provides a calm, nurturing and structured environment, where every young person is treated as an individual.
The ethos is centred around positive relationships, understanding each pupil's needs and recognising their strengths. Staff work closely together to create an environment where pupils feel safe, supported and encouraged to succeed.
This is a newly opened, outstanding setting that is growing gradually, with pupil numbers increasing term by term. As the school continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their team with passionate staff who can play an important role in developing the provision and supporting its pupils.
It's an exciting time to join the school, with the opportunity to grow alongside the setting and make a real impact from the beginning.
