The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sports Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the college's sports centre and any future sports facilities developed on site.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure the facilities operate safely, efficiently and provide an excellent experience for students, staff and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the daily running of the college sports facilities.
  • Supervising students working within the sports centre.
  • Delivering basic fitness suite inductions to new users.
  • Monitoring the condition of equipment and facilities.
  • Reporting maintenance and repair requirements to the maintenance team.
  • Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs where appropriate.
  • Promoting safe working practices and ensuring facilities are used responsibly.
  • Supporting the Sports Facilities Manager with marketing activities to increase facility usage, commercial income and occupancy.

What We're Looking For Essential requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar sports or leisure environment.
  • English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 (or equivalent).
  • A sports-related qualification.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
