The Role - Sports Mentor

As a Sports mentor you will work with students who require additional support with their behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. Through sport, fitness and physical activities, you will help develop confidence, teamwork, resilience and self-esteem while promoting positive behaviour across the school. You will also support students both in and out of the classroom and work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team.
