Core Group is Hiring – Spotter

Core Group is currently seeking an experienced Spotter for our client’s project in the Reading area.

Job Title: Spotter
Location: Reading, RG6
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: September

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Spotter on construction sites
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties Include:

• Carrying out Spotter duties to ensure safe site operations
• Monitoring work areas and guiding plant operators and site personnel
• Maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards
