About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Furniture Sprayer to join our workshop team. Working on high-end bespoke furniture and joinery projects, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing a variety of furniture pieces to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare furniture and joinery surfaces for finishing, including sanding, filling, and priming.
• Apply paints, lacquers, stains, and specialist finishes using spray equipment.
• Mix paints, colours, and stains accurately to meet project specifications.
• Produce consistent, high-quality finishes across a range of bespoke furniture products.
• Carry out quality inspections and undertake touch-ups where required.
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot spray equipment to ensure optimum performance.
• Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Furniture Sprayer, Paint Sprayer, or Finisher within furniture, joinery, cabinetry, or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of spray-finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to mix colours and finishes accurately.
• Experience with specialist finishes, including metallic or metalized finishes, would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
