The Role

As Lettings Manager, you’ll take ownership of your branch’s performance, combining commercial focus with exceptional customer service. You’ll:

• Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage profitability and drive business development.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings.
• Successfully list properties and advise landlords on achieving the best possible rental prices.
• Stay ahead of local market trends and develop your expertise.
• Work collaboratively with your team to match the right properties with the right tenants.

About You

You’ll be a confident, commercially minded lettings professional with:

• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to convert valuations into successful lets.
• A driven, passionate and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine focus on achieving results.
• The confidence and self-motivation to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural ability to coach, motivate and inspire others.
• A genuine desire to help people find their perfect home
