SRB Teaching Assistant

Are you experienced working within an SRB as a Teaching Assistant?

We are recruiting dedicated SRB Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs within Specialist Resource Bases (SRBs) in Primary Schools across Cardiff. We have a range of opportunities available, including flexible supply work and long-term placements.

• Flexible and long-term opportunities across Cardiff
• Competitive pay from £95 per day, with higher rates depending on experience, qualifications, and client rates
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant

• Previous experience working as an SRB Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils with ALN
• A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
