As RMN Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia, mental health conditions, cognitive impairments, and complex behavioural or emotional needs
• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to person-centred care planning
• Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively
• Promote positive mental wellbeing and support residents to achieve the best possible quality of life
• Manage and respond appropriately to behaviours of concern using evidence-based and therapeutic approaches
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times
• Advocate for residents' rights, choices, and independence

Applicants for this RMN Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

• Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Newly qualified RMNs are encouraged to apply, with full training and support provided
• Experience within dementia care, older adult mental health, rehabilitation, or complex care settings is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills
• A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach
• Commitment to delivering outstanding mental health care
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
