We are currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse- RGN to join a friendly and supportive nursing home team.
The Role for Staff Nurse- RGN
- Staff Nurse position within a nursing home environment
- Day and night shifts available
- Candidates must be flexible regarding working hours
- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
- Working closely with the wider care and nursing team
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Supporting residents with their individual care needs
About You
The successful Staff Nurse- RGN will have:
- Valid NMC PIN – essential
- Previous experience working as a nurse within a nursing home or care home – essential
- Good knowledge of elderly care and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, professional and reliable approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts
Important
A valid NMC PIN and previous nursing home experience are essential for this position.
