BMS Static Service Engineer - Trend & Tridium

Location: Central London

We are looking for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business, working on a key commercial site in Central London.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance.
  • Fault-find and diagnose BMS hardware, software and controls issues.
  • Service and optimise existing BMS installations.
  • Work with Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems.
  • Liaise with clients and on-site facilities teams.
  • Complete service reports and technical documentation.
  • Identify potential system improvements and remedial works.


Requirements

  • Strong experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
  • Proven Trend experience.
  • Experience with Tridium/Niagara.
  • Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
