Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock tracking using ERP systems.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including heavy lifting operations, materials handling, and logistics planning to optimize warehouse throughput.
- Conduct root cause analysis on stock discrepancies or supply chain issues to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline inventory workflows, reduce waste, and enhance warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, cycle counts, and audit reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with management teams to align stocking strategies with sales objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Experience with category management principles and merchandising strategies.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory control processes.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across retail management teams.
