Your new company is a social housing organisation based in North Wales who are looking for a Building Surveyor.

Your new role
Your new role as Building Surveyor will require you to carry out HHSRS and WHQS inspections on a mixture of residential properties across North Wales. Where possible, you will be required to record information and make recommendations around asbestos re-inspections.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need a HND/C in a building-related subject. A desirable would be a P402 in asbestos.
