Warehouse Stock Controller – Night Shift

Anne Corder Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join an established business on a permanent night shift.

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you’ll take responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records, carrying out regular inventory checks and ensuring stock information is correctly recorded on the system.

The role will include:

• Carrying out daily stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Investigating and reconciling stock discrepancies
• Updating stock information on the warehouse/inventory system
• Carrying out basic checks on stock quality
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team to maintain accurate stock levels
• Supporting with picking and general warehouse duties when required
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised working environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within stock control, inventory, warehouse administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good organisational skills
• Confident using computerised systems
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory management software would be advantageous
• A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider warehouse operation
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

This would suit someone with previous warehouse experience who particularly enjoys the stock, inventory and accuracy side of the operation and is comfortable working permanent night shifts.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
