Stock Controller

Key Responsibilites

• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Help monitor packaging usage and ordering alongside the Site manager.
• Help moving and lifting packaging / consumables.
• Packaging delivery to Production lines across all sites, in a controlled manner (booking in and out of locked locations)
• On site / Production Floor presence for queries / issues on packaging
• Creating PO’s, receiving PO’s and do splits in the PO’s with packaging with the use of prophet.
• Weekly and Monthly stocktakes on all packaging and consumables.
• Change packaging location in the system.
• Manage box usage daily
• Provide help for dispatch when necessary.
• Keep packaging area clean and tidy.
• Support waste management (bailing, pallet stacks and broken pallets).
• Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to the needs of the business.
• Committed to maintaining a health and safety orientated work environment for self and others.

Key Competancies

Counterbalance FLT licence - Valid  - Required

Punctual

Excellent planning skills and proactive

Work well under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Good verbal and written English
