1. Maximise Inventory Accuracy (Your Main Responsibilities)

• Conduct daily counts: Perform physical stock checks against database records.
• Monitor expiration dates: Track product shelf-life to minimise food waste.
• Manage temperature zones: Ensure inventory matches correct storage climates.
• Rotate warehouse stock: Enforce First-Expiring, First-Out (FEFO) processes.
• Reconcile delivery discrepancies: Investigate shorted orders or damaged goods.
• Update ERP systems: Log all stock movements accurately in real-time.
• Collaborate with procurement: Report low stock levels to prevent shortages.

2. Bring Your Experience (What We Need from You)

• Warehouse background:
• Food industry knowledge: Familiarity with cold-chain and food safety standards.
• Tech-savvy mindset: Experience using WMS, ERP, or MS Excel.
