  • Maintain a clean, safe, organised and welcoming store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store operates efficiently.
  • Consistently provide friendly, helpful and professional customer service.

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service or another customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn about Wynnstay's products and services.
  • An understanding of workplace health and safety.

Desirable:

  • An agricultural background or knowledge of farming products and practices.
  • Experience working in an agricultural, trade or rural retail environment.
