As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable, uplifting experience. You will combine strong commercial awareness with a people-first approach, creating a space where customers and colleagues feel valued.

About You

• Experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within beauty, lifestyle, home, or premium retail.
• Enthusiastic about customer experience & storytelling.
• A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.
• Commercially astute with a record of achieving targets.
• Organised, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of store operations.
• Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport.
• Passionate about wellbeing, self-care, and creating a calming retail environment.
