Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: DOE + Annual Performance-Related Pay (APRP)
Hours: Full-time (37.1 hrs/week, 5 days)

The Role

We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead our Salisbury store. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Drive store performance and sales growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture
• Drive sales, exceed targets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Oversee stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards
• Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Manage enquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently
• Plan staff rotas based on trading patterns
• Maintain customer records and report performance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

About You

• Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager
• Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially driven, with focus on sales growth and profitability
• Organised, proactive, hands-on, with excellent communication skills

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office, POS/till systems, stock management systems, Bransom software (desirable)

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm
• Some Sundays in December: 9:45am – 4:10pm
• Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday
