We’re recruiting a Store Manager for a successful and growing customer-focused business in Dublin.
You don’t need to come from a particular type of retail. We’re open to experienced managers from retail, hospitality, beauty, fashion, leisure, hotels, restaurants or other service-led environments. What matters is that you know how to lead a team, drive performance and make customers feel genuinely looked after.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time with your team and customers, coaching performance, driving sales and making sure the customer journey is at the heart of everything you do.
And the opening hours are a huge benefit. With predominantly 4pm finishes, only one later evening and the location completely closed every Wednesday, this is a management opportunity that offers a fantastic work-life balance.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience managing and developing a team
- A strong people leader who enjoys coaching and getting the best out of others
- Experience within a customer-focused or service-led environment
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Commercial awareness and experience working towards sales, revenue or performance targets
- Confidence working with KPIs and using performance information to drive improvements
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- Someone comfortable having performance conversations and holding their team accountable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- The ability to balance delivering great service with achieving commercial results
Retail experience isn’t essential – if you’re currently managing a restaurant, hotel, hospitality venue or another customer-led business and your skills are transferable, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the location
- Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Creating a welcoming, personalised and memorable experience for every customer
- Driving sales and KPIs through effective leadership and coaching
- Reviewing performance and putting clear action plans in place to improve results
- Setting daily and weekly expectations and keeping the team focused on targets
- Coaching colleagues around customer engagement, selling and service
- Leading regular team briefs, one-to-ones and performance conversations
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members
- Maintaining excellent operational and presentation standards
- Resolving customer issues confidently and professionally
- Leading from the front and being visible with both your team and customers
- Creating a positive, fun and high-performing culture where people enjoy coming to work
