Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through effective leadership
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Create a positive, motivated and engaged team culture
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Take ownership of results and implement actions to maximise performance

- Has previous experience leading a retail team
- Can demonstrate success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Is commercially aware and results driven
