The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, leading your team to deliver commercial results while maintaining excellent retail standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a successful retail team

• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance

• Delivering excellent customer service and shopping experiences

• Managing store operations, compliance and Health & Safety

• Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards

• Supporting recruitment, training and colleague development

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Department Manager within retail.

You'll be:

• A strong people leader who enjoys developing teams

• Commercially focused with experience delivering sales results

• Passionate about fashion retail and customer service

• Positive, proactive and able to lead from the front
