The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a successful retail team.

  • Drive sales, KPIs and store performance.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and customer experiences.

  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and store standards.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, stock and compliance.

  • Create a positive and motivating team environment.

About You

You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within fashion retail or a customer-focused retail environment.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially focused with experience driving sales and KPIs.

  • A strong people leader who can coach and develop a team.

  • Confident, engaging and hands-on on the shop floor.
